Shocking...
1My first contact with this man did not even start with a greeting... The first sentence after being transferred to him was straight away "I cannot help you here ..." . From there, the entire conversation was very aggressive, addressing me with a condescending tone, cutting me off at every sentence I made when answering is questions full of prejudice. He ceased any opportunity to make me feel unless and undeserving of his time, and when I mentioned that was feeling uncomfortable if the way I was being addressed he rushed to send me off a d hanged up.
This was completely horrible for me. He made me feel very emotional embarrassed and disrespected.
He showed zero empathy and was completely unpleasant.
This is clearly some who only works for the money, with no ethic or moral standards.
I was phoned by you after other solicitors rejected your claim. I carry out all work on a no win no fee basis so can only take on claims I believe will succeed. During the last 20 yrs only two of my clients’ claims have gone to trial and have not been successful. I was not rude, condescending, unemphatic or aggressive towards you but had to provide an objective view of your prospects of success. Whilst you provided some information about the accident, I had to ask a number of questions to clarify details. I expressed the view that the prospects of success were too low for me to act for you. I did advise you to contact another firm of solicitors to obtain a further opinion before concluding the call.
Very pleased
5Best injury lawyer
5I'm super grateful for the outcome.
My advise would be to be very patient as it is a long process but having Tim on my case really put my mind at ease.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
5Disappointing
1I was surprised to read this review. This was a type of claim that has a very high failure rate and this claim was successful. The award for personal injury compensation was in the middle of the range of awards for the type of injuries sustained based on the Judicial College Guidelines which are used by the courts for the assessment of claims. The claim included compensation for four other items of loss. Compensation was recovered at the maximum amount claimed in respect of two of the items and close to the maximum amount claimed in respect of another item. Compensation for the fourth item was awarded based on the documentary evidence provided as all aspects of a claim have to be supported by proper evidence. I did not ignore your opinions, adopt a detached and cold approach or provide a poor customer service but I was under an obligation to provide you with realistic advice about your claim so that it could be brought to a successful conclusion.
