I have no connection with this business other than having used their services. They were polite, prompt and straight forward handling custom clearance for some personal effects. From the first phone enquiry I made to the friendly greeting from warehouse staff when I went to collect the boxes and the admin of services, all contact was first rate. I know, from comparing price and service with other firms before I chose them, that they made navigating the import process much simpler and much cheaper than others. Always felt they were working on my behalf but always within the rules, other firms gave me the impression they were basically working administering customs paperwork. Thank you in particular to Tim who did a great all around job.
