Needed new tyres for my electric wheelchair and we were given tms number, and within a week they had ordered and got them delivered to the shop ready to be fitted. The service we received was excellent and the job was completed within 30 minutes. No worries about where to park as there was lots of spaces outside the shop. We will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Repair of scooter

My mobility scooter stopped working within the warranty period but nobody was interested in fixing it. I took it to TMS just before Christmas and Toby said it could be repaired. Thinking I would not get it back until the New Year he rolled up his sleeves got his magic box of tricks out and repaired there and then. Top marks. Customer services skills are excellent and I will buy a new scooter from them. Thank you once again.

When my scooter went wrong I probably emailed about 12 well known companies to ask for help.i had about three replies to say they could not help with a new control box for my easy rider scooter,yet these companies sell these scooters but don’t want to know unless you buy a new one.shame on these companies who only want your money otherwise their not interested.then my luck changed I got in contact with Tms MobilIty in Bury St. Edmunds and they were only interested in helping me get my scooter fixed they done everything for me and all I had to do was take my scooter to them to make sure everything worked as it should and it did.i cannot thank tms MobilIty enough they have made a disabled person smile again and given me my independence back again.the work they done and the price they charged me was more than reasonable all I can say is a big thank you to tms MobilIty and will be travelling the twenty miles again for future repairs.these people are 100% genuine Thank you for your help.

Getting aids

When I contacted TMS I had not heared of them now I will do all I can to promote this firm.
When I had little help or advice from the agencies you would expect to help with mobility equipment I found Toby and TMS he went out of his way to get me mobility aids at the best price he could knowing that in the past I had rented bits as I am still youngish. I am so grateful to him for going out of his way to help me even getting my crutches put ready at the right height. I highly recommend this firm and Toby himself.
