The only reason I've given one star is that I cant submit a review with no stars, The only reason I used this place was that it was close to closing time and I wouldn't have had time to get to a place I've used (with excellent service) in Gateshead. I wish I'd waited until the following day and gone elsewhere. It would actually have been quicker and I know both that the service would have been better and the price cheaper. Please avoid this place.

It was a rainy day so I took my washing to be dried but was told I couldn't use a dryer as she the owner was using them all, she never asked if I wanted to leave my washing to be dried. I then went to Chester-le-steer laundrette who were very friendly.
I won't use them again as this was the second time this has happened to me !

As I work full time I took the opportunity to try out TLC. for a whole weeks wash including bedding and towels. Service was great and I could pick up my laundry next day. Price was very reasonable and next time I will use the ironing service. The owner was very friendly and even mentioned a collection/delivery if I was too busy. Big thanks to staff for freeing up extra time with my family. Will use on a weekly basis.

Received an excellent service at TLC, I left my washing one afternoon, it was a large wash and was ready to collect the next afternoon, it was ironed as well. Highly satisfied and much cheaper than expected. Will definately go back again and will recommend to my friends. Ron Clark

fabulously helpful and friendly service. Quick and easy, just dropped off my dry washing in a laundry bag (which can be bought there cheaply) the lady gave me a price list, which looked reasonable and I picked it up the next afternoon! I expected it back neatly folded back in my bag but it was all on hangers on polythene and the price blew me away it was so cheap! They collect and deliver too, fantastic for anyone like me who loathes this job!!
