With over 15 years of experience working within fitness & county level athletics coaching. The training and knowledge I have acquired is unique and enables me to cater for all levels of ability.

I can offer expert guidance and training for weight loss, muscular growth, increased fitness and stamina, core conditioning as well as health & life style wellbeing.

Fitness is not only my career, it is also something I am strongly involved in personally.

I have undertaken challenges such as the 3 peaks, several Marathons and half marathons and long distance cycle rides.

I practice what I preach, this gives me the understanding of the hard work and dedication needed to achieve individual goals.

Highly recommend!

Toby has really helped me to improve my fitness, strength and physique with his expert knowledge. I look forward to our sessions and always feel comfortable. Would highly recommend him to anyone, as he offers bespoke packages to suit your needs. I always feel sufficiently pushed and good after our sessions. Each workout varies and I take something different away from each session.
