GEM OF A JEWELLER

I had been trying without success for sometime to have a new strap replaced on my Anne Klein wristwatch. Every jeweller I had approached all said the same thing-it would be too difficult. Finally a jeweller who knows his business and had the skill and knowledge to complete the task. Well done Tim, it was obviously not any easy job, and you have a very satisfied customer. Supplied a quality (Hirsch) strap at a very good price and did the replacement quickly and efficiently. Outstanding and I highly recommend future customers to visit this jeweller who offers personal care and ‘old fashioned’ service, not found in many establishments today.

courteous professionalism

This business specialises in retailing beautiful jewellery & customer service & care. Extensive knowledge of their product is backed by the ability to advise on care, alterations or repairs, indeed anything to do with jewellery and precious artefacts. My experience with owner and staff is of the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
