Amazing compassionate caring!

As a family we would like to thank Tim & his team for their compassion & care shown for the loss of our Mum. Tim gave us a first class service Tims attention to detail went above & beyond our expectations. Tims business premises is like home from home. We were put at ease with a nice cup of tea within five minutes of arriving. Tim went through the process with us & kept in contact with us at all times he was There whenever we needed him. Tim asked us what mums favourite colour was he told us himself & his team would be wearing lilac ties on the day of the funeral what a lovely gesture we also loved the grey fleet of cars & Hearse that was used on the day. Tim gave us memory cards with a poem written on the back for Mum how thoughtful of Tim we shall treasure the memory cards thank you Tim.
Tim is an amazing person we can't recommend him enough
Thank you Tim & your caring compassionate team for taking great care & making mums day special during these difficult times.

Second to None

From the first phone call I knew instinctively we had made the right choice of Funeral Directors for our Uncle's funeral. Tim is a kind and compassionate young man whose maturity and knowledge belies his age. I would highly recommend Tim and his team their attention to detail is second to none and took all the stress out of what was a very sad time for us. Thank you Tim

First Class service from beginning to end

We used Tim of T J Parry & Family Funeral Directors when our Dad passed away and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and he listened to what we wanted and tailored his service to meet our requirements. No detail was overlooked and he was extremely compassionate, professional, respectful and sensitive. The flowers provided by Jem (the Florist at T J Parry's) were absolutely amazing. First class staff and an absolutely first class service. Thank you.

Timothy Parry is the most professional, caring, sensitive young man who deeply cares about his profession . His new premises are beautiful, tasteful and comfortable. He truly cares that is obvious. Burton is very lucky that he has chosen to open first business here.

Sensitive & professional

I would not hesitate to recommend Tim & T J Parry & family. They recently looked after my Nan and my family. I say my family as well because from the moment we rang Tim when Nan passed up until the funeral day we dealt with Tim and he personally met with my family & could not do enough for us, it was nice my family could get to know him & see a familiar face through the process. Everyone was professional & compassionate but made with a personal touch and his premises are so fresh & welcoming. I never doubted using Tim and his family as I knew we would ALL be looked after.
