Never turned up to do the work

Despite promising to do a roof repair he failed to attend despite numerous calls chasing him up. Got the repair done by someone else over £500 cheaper than the quote give by T Bennett. Disappointing as had used previously and given a good review but was badly let down on this occasion and won't be calling him again.

Been up 4 times, promised a 12 month guarantee gutter still leaking in 3 places. Asked for money back to which reply was I'll you half as I've spent money on diesel and materials, buts it's still not fixed. Don't waste your phonecall.

Arrived when they said they would, carried out the gutter replacement and cleaned up after themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Please don’t trust this guy with your money stood me up three times didn’t phone or bothered to tell me he can’t come took time of from work to wait for him doesn’t care at all

Just a small job but came to give a quote when he said he would and carried out the repairs just a few days later. All sorted within a week. Very happy with the overall service and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
