Worst Customer experience ever i had from them. Bought a brand new zero meter new defender. Reason for buying a brand new vehicle was to be hassle free (peace of mind) for the next couple of years but its gone wrong, as soon as i drove the car out from dealership i noticed car was pulling on one side itself, also was felling jerks while slowing down. called the dealership and they booked an appointment for me. Imagine in 1 month i been to their dealership 14 times and 4 times they kept my vehicle to fix it. Even once while awaited in their dealership their technician took a test drive and confirmed me that this vehcile is having some issues and he will try to fix it. Its been two and half months they still havent fixed it yet . I am going through stress and can't focus on my business even. Never ever buy any vehcile from sytner land rover maidstone they are double faced and looting people. Haven't seen such a poor customer services in my life. Feeling completly helpless

It’s a well laid out dealership but is let down by service who seem to have a problem returning phone calls, tried to book my car in at 09.30 no one available still waiting for a call back as it’s 18.30 guess I can forget they will call back today. It normally takes at least 2 attempts to get a call back. Try again tomorrow!

Always received great service from the service department, I’ve used them for each of my last three cars and their customer service and knowledge has always been outstanding

A Genuine Recommendation. My Discovery 5 suffered defects resulting in endless damage as a result of a windscreen leak, the repair (by another Land Rover Dealer) took approximately Four Months to rectify, as a result the vehicle was rejected.
Guy Salmons where I purchased the vehicle went the extra distance, without any argument or reluctance they refunded the vehicle cost in full, assisted my complaint to Land Rover, located another vehicle and did everything possible to resolve my issues, I thank Mr luis Ferreira and Mr Paul Alloway for the extremely professional way they assisted me in providing a replacement vehicle along with assisting with my ongoing complaint with Land Rover, I say that despite the problems I encountered I would recommend Guy Salmons at Maidstone with confidence and would like to take this opportunity to say thank Mr luis Ferreira Sales Manager for being Genuine and outstanding individual who puts the Customer First, A Rare Talent and Quality to achieve.
