Synergy Planning and Property Consultants Ltd, established in the year 2000, produce architectural drawings for new buildings, both residential and commercial, residential extensions, prepare and submit planning applications and manage the instruction of other consultant's input for large and complex applications. We produce building regulations drawings and notations to obtain building control approval, deal with party wall matters, records of conditions for leased properties on behalf of landlords and tenants and dilapidations reports, rent and lease renewals, market commercial sites and properties and offer a property management and maintenance service.

We are based in Rochester, Kent and have worked on design and planning projects from Portsmouth to East Anglia and to Wales.
