My personal dealings with SINC living.

Was in contact with Jim who was acting as a middleman for a company in England Mobility Giants , he was polite and friendly, had time to chat about the scooter I had purchased in England. Took time to explain the workings and apologised for the time it had taken for the scooter to be delivered even though it was outside his remit. Was happy giving the company S.Y.N.C living a five star review and would recommend them to anyone needing a scooter or any other mobility aids.

Walk in shower

My elderly mother didn't want the hassle of a walk in shower being put in. Sync living made it easy and she loves the shower. At the planning stage they gave excellent advice. The installers where great. They used quality components. Really a perfect company to deal with. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Sync Living go the extra mile. They do for their customers what they would do for their own family.

Thank you to Sync Living. We have really appreciated the service they provided. We urgently needed a hand control for a Freeway overhead hoist and sent enquiries to two companies, neither of which got back to us. A subsequent phone call to one and a visit to the other left us very disappointed - their customer service had no solution.
Sync Living, however, received our enquiry late Fri 24 July, and at 8.30am Mon 27 July Andrew sent us an email, confirming price and lead time of the hand control. He also responded promptly to our email regarding payment and we were then able to then contact Jim early today, Tues 28 July, to place the order.
Thank you to Andrew and to Jim, who in practice and approach reflect the obvious caring ethos of Sync Living and are interested in the ‘little things’ that are so very important to those who live with a disability and to their families. We highly recommend the company that has gained our confidence and appreciation.
