I purchased a washer/dryer and contacted Switched on Services to get it installed. Steve was able to offer an appointment quickly. He turned up when he said he would, completed the work quickly and alerted me to a historical issue (which he advised would be ok with the new machine). Steve was very knowledgeable and gave me advice about how to keep the machine in good working order. Overall a polite and professional service, I would not hesitate to recommend Switched on Services.

Fair and upfront about costs - Recommended.

Our integrated dishwasher door was broken and having alignment issues so called Switched On Services. On the day Steve called ahead to let me know he was coming, very clear about the pricing and the potential issues and didn't try to claim other faults. Fixed as per quote at a fair price given the time and parts involved, checked everything worked and installed better than the original installation. Very happy to recommend to others out there and would definitely use again. 👍

I needed my washing machine fitted but was unable to do this myself due to the location of the taps and space restrictions. Switched On Services came out the next day, fitted the washer, sorted a leak and provided a seal that was missing. He was very knowledgeable and conscientious when completing the fitting; placing the washer as to not show pipes, suggesting how the kitchen appliances could be rearranged to give more space in a restricted setting. Would definitely recommend and use again - an easy 5 stars!

I called this company, mainly as they had 5 stars. They had made me an appointment to see the engineer the same day as my washer would not spin, on a return call the engineers wife had suggested to just put the washer on spin only and this rectified the problem. How many companies would do this for you and miss out on a call out. Cannot thank you enough Kath x

Engineer was very helpful and responded quickly to my telephone call.
This was helpful because the washing machine failed and we use it every day.!!
Fault was identified and the cost explained, in this case it was more expedient to purchase a new machine, which was ordered from SOS and the engineer delivered it and installed the next day.
Brilliant service, will use SOS again. Thank you.
