Avoid

Everytime i book a taxi mid week its always late I book hours in advance and am told it will be there on time and yet no always late!!! Time to give up expecting them to be on time and try elsewhere. Oh and miserable driver no apology or nothing!!!

Terrible

This company failed to provide a large enough taxi for 5 persons with luggage and charged double the rate. They had been specifically informed that these were business people staying at a local hotel but they were treat appaulingly.

Unreliable

I booked a taxi the first time and it was 20 minutes late - said he couldn't find the house which is plausible as it is hard to find. Booked it the 2nd time and he was 20 mins late (but same driver) - excuse being the amount of traffic on the road, then he needed to stop for petrol after picking me up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked one more time, the night before I needed it. This time the taxi didn't turn up at all. When I rang they said they didn't have the booking!!

Service

Used Swift before, thought their service was second to none, drivers excellent. Cars clean and tidy....Most definately use this company again, and recommend without hesitation
