Called Scott on the off chance as the garden needed strimming for the first cut this season, and we didn't think our little domestic friend would cope! Fair play, he rang us back straight away and arranged a time, but then the weather turned and he couldn't make it. He rang us to let us know and arrange a new date but then rang us straight back to say that as it was a Saturday, but was currently dry he could come then if it suited but it would cost us a bit more as it was a weekend. We were happy with this. He turned up when he said he would, and the job was done in about 40 minutes, about two hours less than it would have taken us! Excellent service, polite, friendly, reliable bloke. Thanks Scott x
