Driver turned up at wrong address 20 mins late

Called the office 2 hours before to book taxi, they put in wrong address so I called them 3 times to confirm my write address. Driver calls 15 mins late past collection time at the wrong address. Spent 25 mins waiting ended up having to walk 40mins and missing my booked train.

Tried to Steal and Double Payment Avoid at all Cost

Booked Cab from DA9 9JT to Stansted Airport and paid £75 and today received call again for payment 2nd time £95, This company is rip off and fraud trying to steal money twice for same journey. Better Avoid

Great Service especially after midnight

I called to get a taxi from Bluewater to Swanscombe and got one 10 minutes later on the dot. The driver was friendly and polite and waited until we had the door open before he left. Great customer services on the phone and a great drive home.

Prompt and Reliable Service

Use this company on a daily basis to get to and from work, they have never been late and are always there on time to pick me up. The drivers are very patient with me when sometimes i am running late and will always wait until im ready to go. Have never had a time where i have had to call to ask where my taxi was as it is always outside my house waiting for me at the correct time and also waiting outside my work for me at the time i asked. There prices are also ver reasonable and they have never over charged me. Would recommend to any one in the swanscombe area :)
