Swallownest Laundrette

I've had a very bad experience with this laundrette and manager who called me a scammer on the telephone after I complained about the service wash I had. I'd left instructions not to tumble dry 4 items of clothing to find the 4 items had been tumbled dried. I did not mention anything about temp of water to be used. I was less then impressed finding the 4 items had been tumbled dried the staff member hadn't found any instructions left for her from staff member I dealt with. Once home I tried 1 item on and believe it had shrunk I was asked to fetch the item back for the manager to see and call me back. On the telephone I mentioned leaving a review to which the manager informed me he'd reply with evidence & my name to prove I was scramming so that will save me explaining. All I wanted back was the money I'd paid as they'd tumbled dried 4 items I said not to I never mentioned money for item I was offered £5 then £10 begrudgingly
