My VW Transporter campervan started drinking oil and coolant just before a holiday. With only weeks to get it fixed I rang >5 different places and none would even look at it. SVS were brilliant, offered to do what they could but with no promises. They were honest with timelines and potential costs throughout and kept me informed. The most important thing for me was they got the job done-piston rings had gone. Work is under warranty for 6 months and the price was good-I rang around to see what that sort of job would cost and they were the most reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Diesel mini engine rebuilt

My wife’s car (mini diesel) snapped its timing chain and I was going to scrap the car as I thought it wouldn’t be economically viable to have the engine rebuilt. SVS we’re recommended to me, gave them a call and spoke to Gail - who pretty much instantly gave me a price and time for the getting the engine rebuilt. Had the car back at price quoted and quicker than originally told. Excellent all round service.

So called reconditioned engine already knackered and needs replacing after only 13000 miles. Absolutely appalling customer service. Do not go here.

Highly recommend!!!!

The team have looked after all of my cars and are honest and frank with their advice. I highly recommend Gail and Dave who are highly respected in the industry. I could not pick my car up due to Covid and they stored it safely off road securely until i was able to collect at no extra cost.
