Steve installed a new alarm panel last year, which connects with my smart phone and has just serviced it for me. I couldn't fault his excellent service and prices last year and I'm equally impressed this year too. He friendly, professional and respective on every visit. We needed to renew/upgrade our alarm system & had obtained several quotes. However the companies contacted either bombarded us, pushing for a sale, or did not fully explain the options offered i.e. not providing the contractual cost & time limits unless directly asked.
Then we found Steve. He confirmed our requirements, fully explained all aspects of his system & gave a very competitive price, without the "hard sell". Thoroughly professional & friendly.

Steve was fantastic upon initial contact through to an upgrade of our very old system. He just changed main panel and keypad and now we have a great new smart app option and notifications on our phones when we are out . Very handy and I actually feel more confident in using the system knowing I have full control from anywhere.
