Over the last few years now, we have carried out a large number of roof cleans by using very low steam cleaning with 150 degrees heat, in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey & Kent.

This enables us to do roof cleaning to a high standard knowing all of the moss has been removed and then able to be biocide treated.

We carry out 99% of our roof cleans on our mobile tower platform and from either ground or gutter level, so we don't even access the roof. We use telescopic poles with attachments to gently clean the tiles and the water moves down the same direction as rain water and not up under the tiles.

We hold our PASMA card for mobile tower use and also are City & Guilds accredited for the safe cleaning and use of biocides. We will take all moss from your property with our Waste Carriers Licence and dispose of it correctly.

​After we have cleared the moss from the roof, we clear any debris from the gutters and then we apply a softwash solution which will then treat any remaining spores and black bacteria which are between the tiles, giving an even cleaner roof and to aid in the moss from returning for up to 3 plus years.

​We then will clean all soffits, fascias, gutters, and windows including all frames and sills.

Over the next few weeks and months, with the weather, the remaining particles will turn into water soluble particles leaving your roof looking cleaner and perfectly moss, algae and lichen free.
