Susan Sutton Acupuncture

Sue Sutton is one of the most experienced acupuncturists in the area with more than 24 years of experience. She has a keen insight into how to treat a wide range of ailments, conditions and illnesses.

Sue read pharmacology at St Andrews University and was awarded a B.Sc. in 1968. She went into drug research and was awarded Ph.D. in 1975 for research into the central nervous system.

After gaining her Doctorate and having two children, Sue wanted to become a medical practitioner. She was drawn to Traditional Chinese Medicine by her desire to treat the underlying condition rather than just the symptoms. This "Holistic" approach is at the core of TCM.

Sue has been a member of the British Acupuncture Council since 1995 and a member of the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine since 1992.
