Do Not Trust Surrey Heath Electrical and Security!

I used Surrey Heath Electrical & Security led by Philip Todd, after agreeing the job he asked upfront deposit 2 days later he demanded upfront payment of the balance for the material and then failed to complete the job as agreed upon. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, he did not respond and completely disappeared, leaving me out of pocket with incomplete work I've reported this situation to the appropriate authorities for further investigation. I advise others to proceed with caution or avoid dealing with Surrey Heath Electrical & Security and Philip Todd.

We needed an emergency call out on a Sunday a Phil was with us within a couple of hours. Very courteous and respectful to us and out home. Good work at a fair price.
