I was very disappointed visiting this site with a large microwave for disposal for my mother. I was struggling to lift the microwave high enough for it to drop into the container and a staff member could clearly see me struggling brushed past to do nothing I might add and watched whilst I continued to struggle. Thankfully another chap visiting the dump came over and helped. The staff member walked away.
I live in Bracknell and normally visit that dump, the two sites are chalk and cheese - Bracknell staff don't seem to need to be asked, they actually offer to help, sometimes even if you're not struggling. Shame you don't have a choice where to go anymore. Bracknell 5 stars Surrey Heath 2 and that's really just because the site was clean and tidy, helpfulness 0 points.
