Surrey Fireplace & Stove Installation

We recently had a free-standing wood burner installed by Surrey Fireplaces - Excellent job and so pleased with the end result, the wood burner looks beautiful!
Alex and his team were professional, polite and did a wonderful job. Alex came back the next day to show us exactly how to light and took his time to explain how to get the best out of our burner.

Jess in the office was also brilliant, keeping us up to date through the process! We would absolutely recommend this company if you are considering getting a burner - we are so pleased with ours!

Alex, Jess and the team installed a new log fire for us. The service from the start in ordering to installing has been excellent. The crew were courteous, on time, hardworking and professional in their approach. The end result was perfect and we can't recommend them highly enough on the quality of their work, A+!!!

Alex fitted a beautiful Parkray Aspect 5 stove in the living room of our new home ahead of a refurb. We are thrilled with it.

Alex visited for an initial survey and to show us the various options for the stove, beam and hearth. He was friendly and helpful and the approach was just right - there was no effort to push us into buying anything. Jess was also really helpful and patient with our various inquiries.

On the day of the installation Alex and his colleague were friendly and courteous and left the house as they found it. Alex clearly cares passionately about his work and has excellent attention to detail.

He then returned a week later to commission the stove and demonstrate the features and the best way of using it. As it's summer we've not had many opportunities to use it, but it has been put to use on a couple of chilly nights as a test run and we're delighted with it. I'd highly recommend the company as they provide a brilliant before and after-sales service.

The whole installation went very smoothly. Alex carried out the work
efficiently with great care and attention to detail, he was a pleasure to have working in the house.
