We had some work done to extend the boundary of the garden and add additional side gates.

We were quoted by a number of places but chose Surrey Fencing as they seemed to understand some of the challenges with what we wanted to do. We definitely were not disappointed.

The fence looks fantastic, there were a couple of hiccups along the way and Will and his team handled them quickly and without a huge amount of fuss. We had to halt the work towards the end due to the unfortunate current situation but once Old Boris gave the green light, Will booked back in and came back to finish off the gates and the finishing touches.

I used Surrey Fencing a couple of years ago and they were good, but standards have clearly slipped. This time, I had a £500 job for them and I gave the go ahead for it. But they didn't turn up on the first arranged day two weeks ago - they told me afterwards that one of their lads had called in sick. (Ok, but they could have at least called to let me know!) So I rearranged the work to last week, and they didn't turn up on that day either. I only found this out when I called them late in the afternoon, expecting the work to be finished, and they told me they hadn't even started! This time the excuse was that the lads had been 'suffering in the heat' and there was a backlog of work. So I thought I'd got another date arranged for this week, but no. That's not happening either. Bad/zero communication. Unreliable. I've now cancelled the job. I won't use them again. Very disappointed.
