Takes deposit but does not do the work

This has been a really terrible experience. After taking a deposit of £75.00 to secure a wallpapering diary date, Surrey Brush Brothers did not attend. Two weeks of trying to contact them resulted in being advised of ill health and that a new date was listed. Again a no show. Despite an email to say my deposit of £75.00 would be returned - nothing has been received after nearly 4 weeks.

Had my house fully redecorated by David and the team. Did a great job very pleased with it and have them booked in to paint the exterior of our house later this year.

Had my Kitchen, Sitting room & dining room redecorated by Surrey Brush Brothers done in December 2023 just in time for Christmas, They were great and have done a fantastic job

Amazing company they redecorate the properties that I rent out each time a tenant moves out and the property requires it. Always upfront and do a wonderful job never had any issues, reasonably priced used them for years and will continue to do so.
