Excellent workmanship completed to budget and well within time.

We required a small wooden (walnut) box with a hinged locking lid repaired (damage to body, internal lids and hinges, key and lock hasp missing). This was a family heirloom and we were unsure as to its originally intended use. Gary's obvious knowledge of antiques enabled him to confirm it was an approximately 150 year old tea caddy and provided a potted history as to how it may have been used and by whom. He also provided an estimate for the repairs and a time scale.
The work was completed earlier than expected, within budget and to a very high standard and we would certainly use Gary's services again.

Chair transformed

The chair I recently had renovated and re-upholstered was transformed by Gary from a sorry looking piece to an object of beauty. Gary paid great attention to detail and took care to get everything right.
