We have contacted Sure Safe Boilers on a number of occasions and have always experienced first class service. Having a young family including a newborn baby it was important that we had someone look at our boiler in a timely manner. Thomas was very prompt and came to assess the problem straight away. Any faults with our boiler were identified and fixed asap. An excellent company who went above and beyond. I would recommend their work and I will definitely be availing of their services again.

Fantastic Professional & Efficient Service

We contacted Sure Safe Boilers late on a Saturday afternoon after finding our boiler was leaking water. Thomas was very easy to get in contact with and despite it being late in the day he helped us stem the issue until he arrived at the property. Thomas was with us less an an hour after we called. He was able to resolve the issue and get our boiler repaired. Overall Thomas provided a professional and efficient service and would highly recommend. Since the initial call Thomas has also kept in contact to ensure everything was working ok and provided updates for the relevant parts that were ordered.

It's great to find a reliable experienced plumber/heating engineer who definitely shows up when he says he will. My boiler packed in and Sure Safe were there the same day. He fixed the problem quickly and for a very good price. An excellent profesional service that I'll be using from now on.

Boiler Replacement

SureSafe operatives carried out the work to replace a boiler for me which was no longer working. Fast and efficient service, all parts and labour provided by themselves at a very competitive rate. Would recommend 👍
