Boys did a good job of doing plastering and skirting boards, a few issues no dust sheets to cover thoroughfare carpets. Management leaves a lot to be desired. Issues phone call from Dave?? Manager on one day regarding an issue I rang back left message for him to ring still waiting message left 27th July. Another issue they did not have all supplies at start of job, had a month almost to get them before they started, but only notified me on the last day of the job when the item was needed, job finally completed mid August, almost a month later. Had several emails job complete pleas leave review, well here it is.
Would like to use again but after this experience I’m not sure.

My advice would be, go elsewhere.

I tried to give them zero stars. They’ve left my bedroom floorboards completely covered in dried hard plaster once they’d finished, they made no attempt to clean it up, a proper trades person would have respected a customers property and put dust sheets down, they also won’t take away the left over plasterboard. When I complained, guess what, I’ve got the silent treatment, won’t engage with me, I’ve rang, goes to answer machine, left voice message for them to ring me back, yet again nothing. My advice would be, go elsewhere.

Hi Daniel, i am really sorry to hear that happened! Regarding the hard plaster on the floor - I spoke to the team and they scraped the hard plaster what was left over was the water marks. You told them you were getting carpet down. Regardless, i have spoken to the team leader and he will arrange with you when to come back and clean everything if thats okay with you? Secondly, regarding the plasterboard, we did not charge you for taking away the plasterboard waste materials, as you are aware it costs to discharge waste. If you want it taken away, we can discuss that definitely!
