It was very easy to order and pay. We went from our hotel to Gare du Nord. The driver was early, didn't rush us and was very pleasant.

Good drivers, usually on point. Can also pay by card by request if you don't have cash. A simple call to the office and they’ll get that for you

Very efficient driver and when our flight landed a little earlier than my scheduled pickup time, he was there in about 15 minutes. We were so early we couldn't check into our rented flat immediately. The driver was kind enough to drive us to a shopping center down the street so that we could wait for the flat to be cleaned. The car was clean and the driver was friendly and cautious while driving. London is a huge, busy city and it was great to have transportation after a very long flight without having to figure out trains and tubes.

We had a very good experience with Surbiton Taxis & Chessington Cabs. Because we needed a pickup service at Athens airport less than 7 hours from our departure from Barcelona, many booking agencies, including Uber (which uses taxis in Greece), could not provide us with service. But Surbiton Taxis & Chessington Cabs was able to connect us with a very good driver, Nick. Nick speaks English and other languages easily, and is quite knowledgeable about Athens. He provided a number of restaurant and cultural recommendations. Even though the weather was not very good, and we arrived precisely at the height of rush hour on a Friday, he was a very good and calm driver. We also liked his selection of music, and when we asked him, Nick played some of his own music compositions (mostly hip hop bassline tracks) as we were driving. It may be a little more expensive than alternatives, but this agency is worth it.
