Expensive and very poor service

Was told it would take two weeks for two pairs of jeans to be shortened. Turned up to collect them, and they hadn’t done them so had to wait twenty minutes for them to be done. Apparently they had measured them before then which must have taken the two weeks to do!!!
Won’t be using again. Had much better service at a lower cost elsewhere.
