Additional services will include accessories for all new and retro consoles and repairs on consoles and scratched discs. The store also offers a special next day in-store collection service on items they don't have in stock!

The shop, owned by brothers Ibby & Naseer Hussain was opened after the franchise they were part of closed down. Co-owner Ibby said "We have been part of a franchise for nine years under the locally known 'Chips' banner, which previously had stores in both Stockton and Middlesbrough. After going our separate ways we decided to open a new shop and rename the store. I had been working for the chips company for about twenty-three years and gained extensive knowledge in the video games market. We wanted to move the business to Middlesbrough as it has a bigger population and is a much busier town."
