Untrustworthy

Pls do not use him, he did some work on my roof, next day roof started to leak, he damaged box gutter and the others. I wish i could display some photos of his work.

Untrustworthy

My friend had Simon Keenan from Sunset Landscaping carry out work for them, and I must say the works he did on their garden was disgusting.. obviously too much for him to handle, was hardly ever their and stole a lot of materials which my friend had already paid for... untrustworthy and would highly not recommend this individual do your garden, he's not qualified stay clear from this company.

Roof on extension. Amazing experiance and very happy with the work carried out.

Simon from Sunset Landscaping and Building, did the roof for our extension. We had previous builder on the job, but had to change due to them trying to suddenly charge a lot more for the floor to be built, Simon came and gave us a good value quote, and built the roof over the extension, and even finished couple days earlier than expected. We will Defoe be contacting him again with any further work in the future.
Not only did the job get done to a high stand, no hidden charges or sudden large increase of price, but he is very professional and polite calm person. Thankyou Simon.
