We booked a family ski trip through this agency, and had a hard time getting any information about the ski classes, lessons, accommodations, and other aspects of the trip from the agent. A bit over a week before the trip, I called to amend this situation, I was told it was all forthcoming the next day. I was told the same the next day and the day after that. A few days before the trip, about which we had received only our flight times, I wrote the agent to tell her that if we didn't receive info, such as what airport we are flying out of, etc., that I'd pull the booking. She responded quickly, but only sent us a copy of the abbreviated receipt of what we payed for. She finally apologized and said she'd provide transfers to/from the airport, and then left us stranded at Gatwick, without a transfer. She hung up on me when I called her about it, then called back to offer a car home, and then hung up on me again. Nice "customer service", no?
