Extraordinarily poor service

We have been fobbed off by Graham at company office for 10 wks now..we actually want to replace the trailer on our Sunncamp trailer tent ( 3yrs old so still very current) which suffered RTC damage last summer. Whilst he claims they have a trailer available he cannot release it without speaking to his boss who presumably has not been available for 10wks? Trying to do business with these people is almost impossible..incompetent and lame describes it best.
