Double Line down my Suit trousers & no apology!!!

Rude Rude Rude -HORRIBLE Place!!! They put a double line down my new trousers suit - 1st time to be dry cleaned. I went back in with it and the horrible man asked me for £2!!! I was shocked with him how dare he - he said he couldnt see it and he didnt care about my suit!! What a disgrace of a place. I dont have a receipt to prove anything but i will put this all over the web - Go there if you want your suit ruined and to listen to the above ignorant response!!!

If I could give no stars I would. !!!
I paid £56 to get 8 curtains cleaned. When took them home and found 6 of them had very bigs stains on them. I returned them and Complained and they said they would re clean.
When I went to pick them up again I check them in the shop and was satisfied they were clean.
BUT when I Got them home , began to hang them and found they had shrunk!!!!!!!
THEY SHRUNK MY CURTAINS!!!
I took pictures so I could go back and show the man and Get a refund!!
He took no responsibility, laughed at me and said the shrunk one looked better.
He Refused to give me a refund!!!

Fuming 😤 😤!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took a rug here to be cleaned and was charged £35. When I got it home and inspected the rug, it was in terrible shape: blotched & uneven. I returned the next morning to express my displeasure and demand a refund. None was forthcoming. Man said my rug was very dirty and he had cleaned it twice. He meant he had bundled it into his machine, which is not adequate. I pointed out that it is not clean and I am not satisfied. He said I should leave it with him for another day and he would try again with 'stronger chemicals.' I told him that was not acceptable, as I have no faith in his ability to clean my rug, which I am now going to send to a specialist cleaner (who will charge £45). I wanted a refund, to offset the cost of having his poor handiwork remedied. He said he had done his best and there would be no refund. I told him his best was not good enough, that he should not have taken the job on in the first place if he is not competent or lacks the equipment to clean it properly.
