Canny service provided and came at a good price. These helped me move last week from our old house in Silksworth to our new house in Washington and they was great from start to finish. They sent us a 4 man team and 2 very large vans/trucks. The lads had us all loaded up within a few of hours then we had the dreaded wait for keys and once we had the keys these lads had us all unloaded in what seemed like no time at all. All our furniture was placed into the correct rooms and all was delivered in perfect condition. So anyways as local furniture moves go these was ideal.

Sunderland House & Office Removals - Man & the Van we have used these several times now for anything from moving single items or furniture to clearing away some unwanted items and general junk and to be honest we could not fault them.

Recently had a probate estate to sell for myself and my brothers and we had 2 properties to organize. The house in Sunderland was full of old furniture and general junk that had been collected over 40 years, the house was full of old books, old ornaments and furniture that was probably older then me and my brothers so our first task was to find a local estate agent and once we had found one they then recommended we had the property cleared as it was like a hoarder's paradise. We had recently had a house in Newcastle cleared so we sort of knew what to expect when we had this one cleared. We asked the estate agent and they said clients had used this one before hand so we used these. The day of the clearance they turned up in 2 large box vans and they explained van 1 was all the charitable items and that van 2 was for all the waste, junk rubbish etc etc. We was quite surprised how much this company actually recycled it was nice to know some items was saved for local charities.
