Unbelievable customer service. Before the lockdown the girls were always able to ensure that I could have an appointment even when fully booked. Both girls in Beauty and Hair are so friendly and welcoming. Never disappointing. So glad I booked with them.

Subbed buttons not working, the air was blowing so bad that I had to keep my face crunched for all 10minutes 😄 When I told the lady at reception wanting to hear that nice customer service so I can come back next time if it's fixed: unfortunately her this:"oh well u needed to put eye protection stickers and if button still not working I'll see myself" 🙈OMG all I thought is I'll never be back!

the most terrible experience in my life, and I'm weighing my words. For a hygienic aspect is a real disaster, I've never see this before. The person who takes care of me has obviously no interest in his works, Rude and unprofessional. It's really a shame when a establishment like Sun & Beauty Studios said to be a lounge for the care and well-being. I feel robbed, and it's my duty as a client to tell people that this is really bad establishment. As soon as I walked into the room to waxing, I saw a hair removal strip with hair, where I had to sit down. The hostess asked me to get naked (standing in front of me staring at me. In my previous wax studios, they used to left me a little privacy, but it's absolutely not the case here). She begins to do its job, and I was wrong, I asked her to stop, but she told that it was too late. She ask me to pull my skin with my dirty hand... Its her job, isn't ?
Once finished (3 minutes later), she gave me a cream for disinfected my self... it cost me £30 to get a beautician (but it would be a fireman, it's will be the same!) who remove three hair-removal strip at my private parts, and that's all.
