We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our workmanship (rather than the standard 3 years of an insurance repair centre) and a FREE courtesy car for the duration of your repair. We also ensure that only GENUINE manufacturer parts are fitted to your car (if your car is more than 3 years old, your insurers repair centre WILL fit NON genuine parts).

If you don't want to claim on your insurance policy, we can deal with all your private car repair needs, from a scuffed bumper, to a re-spray or restoration.

Lease Cars

Always make sure you get your LEASE CARS repaired and touched up to the lease return standard before you send it back, it will save you a lot of money!

Meet Mick. This is the person responsible for repairing your car. He has 25 years experience in the trade, previous experience at running a large repair centre plus time served as a college lecturer training the next generation of repairers. If you need your car repairing, Mick is the man to do it.
With 10 years experience in dealing with insurance car repair claims, whatever it is you encounter, you can bet Emma has come across it before. Available to deal with all queries and make sure things run as smoothly as possible for you.
With (too) many years experience in the accident repair industry, if you are involved in an accident that is not your fault, Peter is the man to advise you. For more information on the services we can offer relating to non fault accident claims, please visit our website and give Peter a call!

Took my car here after I took it elsewhere first who did a terrible job. SUMMIT AUTO BODIES did an excellent job wad like a new car & the attention to detail was superb, If you need your car fixing this the only bodyshop to use.

Putting my mind at ease

I had a minor accident where someone went into the back of my car and with me having a 9 month old son I wanted to get my car checked over to make sure there were no damages. I spoke to Emma at the reception desk and she was really lovely and very helpful and then Mick came out to inspect my car. He had a look and stated that there were no damages and I asked about him about the respray they do as I had scratches and residue from an old sticker I had on my boot and was looking at getting it resprayed as I had tried various methods to get them out but to no avail. Mick then looked at it and worked his magic in the space of 10 minutes to remove it all free of charge there and then. I want to thank both Emma and Mick for the help and being extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone in the Burnley area that has issues with their vehicles to pay these guys a visit. Genuine lovely people. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease 👍🏻

Five star service!

The whole team at Summit went above and beyond. I drive a Genesis GV60 and what was a minor body work repair became very challenging, from getting parts to the car immobilising itself due to extreme cold. Genesis were useless, but Summit went to every means possible to get me back on the road. Special mention to Emma who read the 600 page manual back and forwards, rang every person she could think of and watch dozens of YouTube videos and kept me informed at all times. Absolutely top notch service from start to finish.

Quick, helpful service

I had a minor bump to the rear bumper which needed repairing. Emma, in reception, was more than helpful in arranging for my car to be inspected and then recommending the most suitable part needed. Once the part arrived Mick fixed it with care and precision, (I know as I was watching). It wasn't a long procedure but I was still surprised at how quickly things were sorted and I was able to be on my way. Everyone I met there was most helpful and held friendly conversations. Would fully recommend.

Bumper way to go

We can’t thank summit Autobodies enough. Our 14 yr old car was facing being written off for the sake of a rear bumper and light panel damage. We felt like our insurance company were railroading us into a category N, & offering too low a valuation. So I contacted summit to see if they could help us.
Emma guided us through what we needed to say and do to reverse this decision. Utterly brilliant!
Our car is now in fantastic condition after the repairs and category free.

This is the second visit to summit, ( bumper scuff on my mazda2) and due to the high quality of work, informed knowledge, we would be nuts to go elsewhere.
