Summerview Veterinary Surgery

Just got back from taking my cat here. NEVER AGAIN! We waited almost an hour after our appointment time to be seen. The seemed very nervous and flustered and tried to take my cats blood but couldn't do it. After taking ages to shave his neck she then kept trying to poke into his neck with the needle to take a sample but failed several times so after him being petrified beyond belief already I told her to give up. She told us to come back tomorrow so she can take a sample, over my dead body will I be returning there for them to scare the life out of him again. So much unnecessary stress was caused due to what seemed to be a lack of experience/knowledge. I will be taking my cat to our old vets in Bristol tomorrow where I will be met with experienced vets who won't keep me waiting an hour. If you want your pet to get the correct treatment do not bring them here!
