A wonderful, kind and compassionate funeral service. Helpful with all of the details. Providing a first rate service at a much lower price than the non-independent companies. However their was no reduction in their level of service and respect shown for the occasion. Thoroughly professional at all times, but a great family business always there for you and ready to advise and help with any situation. Highly recommend.

Paul, Alex and Julie were so supportive in helping with the funeral arrangements for my late brother Eamonn. They gave advice when asked and followed our wishes when we expressed our preferences. Given that it was all done via phone and email due to distance,, the end result was exactly what we wanted, and more importantly exactly as my brother would have wished. Their pricing plan is straighforward and well itemised; they did not try to upsell in any way or make us feel that we needed to spend more to make it a special occasion. I thoroughly recommend them.

Paul and his team were absolutely fantastic. I must admit that the last thing I wanted to do was to arrange my Grandad's funeral, it was hard enough losing him...but meeting Alex to make the arrangements was such a simple and easy process- I felt so much better within a few minutes of being there. I had contact with Julie later down the line, what a lovely lady! There was so much empathy and kindness from everyone there. The hearse arrived at my Nan's as arranged, with Paul walking in front, I felt my Grandad could not have had a more dignified goodbye. For an extremely difficult day, it was made manageable by all of the Sullivans staff. The bearers were professional, and everyone made the comment that it was exactly the kind of send off they would want. They have since made arrangements with the church yard of our choice for internment of the ashes, another thing that had been playing on my mind. All in all, they made a scary process very simple...and I can't thank them enough.

I admit it. I basically enlisted and conducted all the arrangements through emails. But if simplicity and an extremely helpful step by step guide is all you want during a very difficult time, then Paul and his team are the services to employ. They answered all questions promptly, enquired with the hospital on your behalf and provided paperwork with arrows and yellow highlights to greatly assist with what you need to fill out. Even their emails had a genuine personal touch of warmth & empathy rather than a tone of just doing a job. Direct Cremation in my dear Dad's case wasn't an insult or a guilt ridden trip. Paul's team did it professionally, compassionately, and above all with dignity. My grateful thanks and appreciation to them
