Sue Ryder Shirley Southampton Charity Shop

I tried to pay for a jumper and noticed a hole In it, the manager was called and came out eating an ice cream looking very cross at having been called. I pointed out the hole and said I still wanted the jumper but at £9.95 I thought she may reduce it a little due to the hole.
Her answer was no and I couldn't buy it, it was against regulations and it would go into recycling. I asked again to buy it as I can mend the hole, again I was told no. Far more interested in her ice cream and the chatting that had been interrupted.
I questioned the regulations and was told they could not sell anything with a hole. Needless to say I left the store.
In another sue Ryder shop I was told they can reduce stock and this was not their regulations
Three weeks later I returned to the shop only to find the same jumper on the sale rail outside for £1!!
This prompted me to leave this review. Sue Ryder I would sack your lazy, rude ignorant manager and get someone who will responsibly represent your worthy cause.
