Dreadful company

Dread company. Bought a spa that was faulty - was sent back whereby they accused me of lying and refused to refund £700 (double price of Argos) I had to pay for it to be returned to me to try fix myself

What a fabulous service, I ordered a hot tub a year ago, (not from Suds-Online) I put it up this week only to find the chemical starter pack was missing. The thought of not being able to use the hot tub was devastating. Cleaning chemicals sold out from normal high street stockists. Suds - Online saved the day. Ordered after 2pm on Friday, the chemicals were in my hands at 8am the following day. Top service can not fault them. Will definitely be using Suds - Online for my future purchases.
