What a genuine, nice, professional guy. Called on Sunday evening and turned up first thing Monday morning. Tried a new part which didn’t fix the washer so came back again in the afternoon on the dot and fully refunded me. Thank you. Would definitely use again and recommend!!

Called Rich late a.m. regarding installation of my new front loader washing machine. Said he would arrive early afternoon same day which he did. Sorted job within an hour, no mess, no problems. I knew the price before he started and I'd definitely use him again. What's not to like!

Repaired our washing machine and as it took a while for the necessary part to arrive, he lent us (delivered and installed) another machine to save trips to the launderette. Great service (our machine works like a dream now), reliable, friendly and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.
