Suburban Windows

What can I say, absolutely excellent!! I was refereed to Suburban by a family friend, and from the initial conversation with Dave things only got better. Any questions I had were answered, the initial quote visit was extremely professional, they even allowed me to visit their warehouse to view window pain styles and fittings I cannot thank the team enough. Leading up to the actual install communication was good and the planned install date remained on target. The two fitters I had (Dave and Dan) were phenomenal and I cannot thank them enough for what they have installed, the quality and finish is superb, nothing was to much hassle and any minor snags identified were closed out with ease during the install. The overall finished product was well worth every penny, I have seen a vast improvement from a noise and draft perspective, the look of the house has been transformed. I would highly recommend anyone to make contact and use, will definitely be using the team again.... Thanks all..

I was very happy with the Customer service I received today, from the guys manufacturing windows and doors. They seemed to go over and above to make sure you have what is needed. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the guy in the office upstairs, who I asked for a an estimate / guide price. He abruptly asked me to close the door as I entered. I asked for a cost of a standard sized front door (32") with side panels of glass at approx. 18" each side. Unfortunately, he was unable to give me anything.... as he stated there is no such thing as a standard front door and he would needed measurements, which I thought I had just given to him. To be fair, I felt that he offered me no service and barely acknowledged me being there So I left without a price and will be sure not to trouble the gentleman any further today or any time in the future.....
