Studio 35

I bought a beautiful piece of jewellery (ring) from studio 35 which was too big for me . Nicely , Andy offered to bring it down in size ,which haven’t happened as I decided to return it (in within the 14 days ) as I realised it was not showing its best justice on my finger . Here is where the happy experience turned into nightmare: rudely and in such an argumentative way Andy told me he can buy the ring from me as a second hand piece of jewellery which I found outrageous ,then he agrees to proceed the return but getting me pay the VAT (being accused of claiming VAT abroad due to my accent) and then an administration fee .
I will never set foot in this shop again !

We chose Studio 35 to make our bespoke engagement rings, and would highly recommend them. They made the whole process a wonderful experience. From choosing the designs, being involved in seeing them made (an experience I will remember forever!!) and everything in between. The rings are stunning. I had an unusual engagement ring and they designed a perfect shaped ring better than I have ever seen elsewhere for a very reasonable price. Bascially if you want friendly, warm, personal service and beautifully crafted jewellery then go to Studio 35!!
