We are family run business providing rooms for professionals and post graduates in Eastbourne. All our houses include Lighting Fibre 1GB broadband. They have double sized bedroom including: doubled beds, wardrobes and a desk. There are spacious lounges and 2 or more bathrooms in each property.

So that there are no surprises, all utilities are included in your rent payment. We want to ensure you have a home from home experience, so that you can focus on your studies.

Our properties are ideally located, close to the beach and local amenities. There is on street parking available outside each property.
