These guys were excellent. Came within an hour of my first call and took away my washing machine, which as anticipated was not cost effective to repair once they examined it properly. They then sold me a new machine (price matching to a special offer at John Lewis), and delivered it within another hour. We had trouble getting it in the same space as I had chosen one with a much bigger drum, but he did his very best to fit it and tested it before leaving. I would definitely use these guys again.
