I have used Stuart Smith roofing for over 15 years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have undertaken numerous jobs for me both personally and also for my clients, who in turn have likewise spoken highly of the service provided by the company, excellent quality of work on site and attention to detail. This expertise covering both slate and tiled roofs. The owner, (Stuart) is extremely knowledgeable and has assisted in identifying and subsequently corrrecting problematic roofs. Do not use this company. They turn up at any hour as they choose. Some days they don’t turn up at all and then decide to turn up on a Sunday. They ruined a tv ariel whilst the scaffolding was up, they didn’t seem bothered about their loud radio blaring at 8am outside our windows, not to mention the bad language. My daughter had to shut the window one day as the language they were using on site was really unprofessional. They have no problem with blocking cars in the drive on a daily basis, it was only after we voiced our concerns they stopped doing it. My neighbors all agree on the poor workmanship, also the fact it’s taken so long to do a relatively average roof. They kept missing days without warning, Buckingham palace roof could’ve been finished in the time it’s taken them!!
Avoid them, very unprofessional company.
