Stuart Miller Tiling

Unfortunately I have to agree with the previous reviewer. We really liked Stuart but the job did drag on and on with him only turning up for a few hours a day. We weren’t happy with some of the tiles in the kitchen being unevenly laid and poorly cut around the edges and some grout missing, we raised it with him and he said he’d fix it but when we came down to see he was gone and it wasn’t fixed. Since then 3 of our bathroom floor tiles have cracked along the underlay he laid and he hasn’t responded to our texts and calls so we’re now left finding someone else to pay to fix his mistakes. Really sad to be leaving this review because as I said he was a nice guy but we’re going to be out of pocket now and that’s not fair.

Stuart was a lovely guy but unfortunately his laid back attitude was his downfall. From the offset he was 5 weeks late starting the job. Once the job was started there was problems... He massively underquoted me then at the end of the job I was asked for a considerable amount for extras materials/labour which the final price was more realistic, but should of given me that quote in the first instance. A job getting him back for the finishings which I wasn't happy with. However he did rectify (but should of been done anyway) I've since discovered a leak whenever we use the shower. I text and he immediately rang back, I explained the problem and he said he would come 2 days later.....that was over a week ago and not heard anything back although I've text and left a voicemail. Feeling disappointed. Can't fault his tiling but let down overall.

Stuart has been amazing came out everyday on time and kept us updated along the way really decent priced and did a perfect job thank you sooo much for coming Out last minute and getting it all done on a tight schedule for us

Many thanks to Stuart for great tiling in my bathroom. Very pleasant, reliable and painstaking guy. He went out of his way to ensure a well-done job, and even offered to get me some shopping!
