It is key that we have a good relationship with our clients and we make sure that we treat our customers in the same way that we would like to be treated.
The key to our business is customer service. As photographers it is key that we have a good relationship with our clients and we make sure that we treat our customers in the same way that we would like to be treated.
We try to work differently to most photographers and we never try to force you into buying expensive prints from us. We charge a one-off fee for our service and the selected pictures are then edited and placed on a password-protected website where they can be viewed by the client. All the pictures can then be downloaded free of charge to do with as the client pleases. In addition to this, the client can buy prints online for delivery to their home. We make a small commission on the sales of these online prints.
We have access to a really interesting photographic studio in Cardiff Bay which is fully equipped to cover all aspects of studio photography.
